EG's CODE OF CONDUCT: 1. Every EG member must read and understand The Xbox Live Disclaimer. 2. Discrimination will NOT be tolerated among members. 3.Leader responsibilitie s include: Organization of all Squad matches & practices; Posting match scores; Maintaining professional game play during Squad matches. 4. NEVER LEAVE A EG MEMBER BEHIND. 5. Members have an "Open Door Policy" to speak with Leaders and Founders on any issues or with any ideas. 6. EG encourages our new members to change their gamer tag. 7. EG members must play & maintain a professional manner. 8. EG members CAN NOT be a part of another gaming league unless they are a EG Alliance League. 9. EG members should not be under 13 years of age unless EG Leaders or Founders have given approval. ALL EG MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE READ & UNDERSTANDS EG's "CODE OF CONDUCT". THE MANAGEMENT OF EG HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANY MEMBERS WHO VIOLATES THE EG CODE. THE LEADERSHIP OF EG IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF EG MEMBERS, THEREFORE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ACTIONS
